If you no longer have access to your old number, you can update your mobile number by submitting a service request on the customer portal. You’ll need to complete eKYC via DigiLocker using your Aadhaar and PAN for verification. Once updated, you can sign in using the new number.
Bajaj Finserv issues only a digital Insta EMI Card—a physical card is not provided. You can view and access your card digitally by logging into the customer portal. If you require help locating your digital card, raise a service request online.
Annual maintenance charges (AMC) are levied on Flexi Loans to cover the cost of maintaining the loan account and the flexible withdrawal facility. This charge is outlined in your loan agreement and is applicable yearly throughout the loan tenure.
The annual fee on your Insta EMI Card is a recurring charge for keeping the card active and accessible. It covers service maintenance, card management, and access to exclusive partner offers. The fee is auto-debited every year as per the terms agreed during issuance.
To download your personal loan statement, log in to the Bajaj Finserv customer portal. Navigate to the ‘My Relations’ section, select your personal loan account, and choose the option to download your statement of account (SOA) directly.
