Activate your Insta EMI Card

Activating your Insta EMI Card is easy. All you have to do is complete your KYC and register your e-mandate. Once your card is activated, you can start shopping on your favourite e-commerce website or at your nearest store.

Every new purchase, whether online or at our partner store, has a new loan account created. You can access all your loan accounts by visiting our customer portal.

If there’s a change in your contact details post card activation, you’ll need to make your first transaction at our partner store.

    You can activate your card by visiting your account.

    • Sign-in to our customer portal with your registered mobile number and the OTP.
    • Enter your date of birth for verification and proceed.
    • Once signed-in, select your Insta EMI Card under ‘Your relations’.
    • Click on ‘Register Now’ and proceed to register your e-mandate.


    You can also click on the ‘Activate your card’ option below to get started. You’ll be asked to sign-in. Once signed-in, you can select your card and register the mandate to activate it.

  • Activating your Insta EMI Card is the first step towards using it. You need to register your e-mandate with us so that we can confirm your bank account details.

    You can complete the activation process in just a few simple steps. Start by visiting our customer portal. Once you’re signed-in, you can select your card from ‘My Relations’, click on ‘Activate Now’, and proceed to register your e-mandate.

    Once your e-mandate is registered with us, you can use your card on your favourite e-commerce websites such as BajajMall.in, Amazon, MakeMyTrip, and others. You can also choose to walk into any of our partner stores and shop for your favourite products on No Cost EMI.
