- Verify yourself by entering your date of birth and proceed.
- Select ‘Insurance’ and choose ‘Renewal of insurance policy’ as ‘Query type’ and relevant ‘Sub-query type’.
- Enter the additional details, upload the supporting document and submit your request.
Alternatively, you can click on the ‘Renew your insurance policy’ option to visit your account. Once you are signed-in, select your product and relevant ‘Query type and Sub-query type’ and submit the request.Once you submit the request, our representative will get in touch with you within 48 business hours to guide you on further steps.
