Goods and Services Tax Identifying Number (GSTIN) is a 15-digit unique identification number given to registered businesses in India. It’s an important detail used to verify your profile if you’re a corporate or a business customer.
You can check/ view your GST details in the service portal by following the below-mentioned steps:
- Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page to visit our service portal.
- Enter your mobile number/ email ID and log in.
- Verify your details by entering your date of incorporation and proceed.
- Click on the 'Menu' on the home page below.
- Scroll down and click on 'Profile.'
- Click on 'Personal information.'
- Click on GSTIN to view the details.
You can also update your GSTIN in our records by clicking on the ‘Edit your GSTIN’ text below. You’ll then be asked to sign-in to your account. Once signed-in, you can raise a request to update your GSTIN details. You can check the status of your request in the 'Help & Support' section under 'Raise a Request' for your updated details.

Documents Needed for GSTIN Updates
When updating your GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) details on the GST portal, the documents required may vary depending on the nature of the update (e.g., change in address, contact details, business structure, or authorised signatory). - For Change in Business Address
- Proof of new address (e.g., electricity bill, rent agreement, property tax receipt)
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the property owner (if rented)
- Consent letter (if premises is shared)
- For Change in Promoter/Partner/Authorised Signatory
- PAN card and Aadhaar of the new person
- Passport-size photograph
- Board resolution or authorisation letter
- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), if applicable
- For Change in Business Name
- Copy of amended PAN card with the new business name
- Legal proof such as amended partnership deed or incorporation certificate
- For Change in Mobile Number/Email ID
- OTP verification on new contact details
- Authorisation letter from proprietor or company head (if changed by another person)
- For Adding/Removing a Branch
- Proof of branch address (as applicable)
