You can check your active loan accounts and monitor details such as EMI due date, outstanding balance and EMI amount.

View and download your loan or fixed deposit-related documents such as the statement of account, interest certificate and No Dues Certificate.
- Manage your loan repayment
Pay an EMI in advance, part-prepay or foreclose your loan in a few clicks by visiting our customer portal. You can also use the option of overdue payment and clear your outstanding dues easily.
- Update your profile details
You can change your personal and contact details such as PAN, date of birth, mobile number, email ID and residential address without any branch visits.
- Check pre-approved offers
Share your basic details and get access to a host of exclusive offers on loans and cards created just for you.
Step-by-step guide to managing your profile details online
You can follow these steps to view or update your personal and contact details:
Step 1: Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page to visit our customer portal.
Step 2: Enter your registered mobile number, and date of birth and submit the OTP.
Step 3: Go to the ‘Profile’ section and click on the ‘View Profile’ option.
Step 4: Click on ‘Edit’ and proceed to enter your new details.
Step 5: Verify your details with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to update your profile.
It takes us two business days to update your profile details in our records. Once it is updated, you will also receive an SMS on your registered mobile number.

Follow these simple steps to sign-in to our customer portal:
Step 1: Click on the ‘Sign-in to My Account’ text given below to visit our customer portal.
Step 2: Enter your registered mobile number and date of birth and click on ‘Get OTP’.
Step 3: Submit the OTP received on your registered mobile number to sign-in.
In case you are a corporate customer, you need to enter your mobile number/ email ID and date of incorporation to log in.
While if you are our NRI customer, you can simply sign-in using your mobile number/email ID and date of birth.
Sign-in to My Account
You can view and manage all your active loan details by following these steps:
Step 1: Click on the ‘Check your loan details’ text given below to visit our customer portal.
Step 2: Enter your registered mobile number, and date of birth and submit the OTP to sign-in.
Step 3: Select the loan account number from the ‘My Relations’ section.
Step 4: Find loan details such as EMI amount, due date and outstanding principal.
