Passport appointment booking

Passport appointment booking is the official process used to reserve a visit slot at a Passport Seva Kendra for document verification and biometric capture. It allows applicants to choose a preferred passport appointment date based on real-time passport appointment availability. Through this system, applicants can book passport appointment slots after submitting their online form and fee.

A passport appointment check helps confirm the time, location, and status of the booking. This structured approach avoids crowding, ensures orderly service, and allows applicants to complete passport-related formalities in a predictable and efficient manner without unnecessary delays or confusion during the verification stage.

What is passport appointment booking?

Passport appointment booking is the scheduled reservation that allows an applicant to visit a passport office for in-person verification. After completing the online form and payment, applicants must book passport appointment slots to secure a passport appointment date. The system displays passport appointment availability across nearby centres, letting users choose a convenient location and time.

A passport appointment check confirms the booking details before the visit. Without this appointment, applications cannot move forward to the verification stage. This method helps passport offices manage crowds, ensures proper record handling, and provides applicants with a clear and organised way to complete their passport process smoothly.

How to book a passport appointment online

To book a passport appointment online, applicants must first complete the passport application form and make the required payment. Once payment is successful, the system shows passport appointment availability at nearby centres. Applicants can select a suitable passport appointment date and time slot from the available options. After confirming the selection, the booking is saved, and a receipt is generated.

A passport appointment check option allows users to review their booking details anytime. This online process ensures transparency, avoids long queues, and lets applicants plan their visit in advance, making the overall passport process easier and more organised for every applicant.

Passport appointment fees

Passport appointment fees are the charges paid during the online application process before selecting a passport appointment date. These fees vary depending on the type of passport and service chosen. Once paid, applicants gain access to passport appointment availability and can book passport appointment slots at their preferred centre. The fee confirms the application and activates the passport appointment check feature for tracking.

Without paying the required amount, appointment booking cannot proceed. These charges cover processing and verification services provided by the passport office. Payment is usually made online, ensuring faster confirmation and smoother scheduling of the passport appointment without manual intervention.
