    After registering your claim online, you can take your car to the nearest TATA AIG network garage. You can also arrange for towing service through TATA AIG to take your car to the garage.

  • Step 3 – Damage assessment and repair cost estimation

    An inspector or surveyor from TATA AIG will visit to assess the damages and determine the estimated cost of repair. They will also go through your car insurance claim form and notify you if any additional information is needed.

  • Step 4 – Cashless claim settlement

    After verifying the policy documents, add-on covers, additional discounts, and claim history, the insurer will move to settle the claim. TATA AIG will directly settle the claim amount with the network garage as per the policy terms and conditions.

    In case of a total loss such as theft, you can raise a claim and TATA AIG will pay the IDV of your vehicle.
