Step-by-step guide to buy DocOnline Health plans

  • Step 1

    Choose the DocOnline Health plan that you wish to buy by visiting our Pocket Subscription product list. Click the ‘Buy Now’ button.

  • Step 2

    Enter your full name as on your PAN card and the registered mobile number. Then, press the ‘Submit’ button.

  • Step 3

    Enter the One Time Password (OTP) received on your registered mobile number for verification.

  • Step 4

    If your mobile number matches our records, your details on the form will be pre-filled. All you need to do is to check if the details are correct.

  • Step 5

    In case you are a new customer, buying the plan, you will need to fill in the application form. The details required are name, address, email address, and phone number.

  • Step 6

    After reviewing or filling out the details, the payment page will open. Complete the online payment via one of the following options: UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and wallet.

  • Step 7

    After the payment is successful, you can download the plan receipt instantly.
