What documents are required to complete the Bajaj Finserv DBS Bank Credit Card application?

You only need your Aadhaar Card to complete your credit card application. However, in some cases, we may need additional documents to authenticate and process your application. In case we require further authentication, we need to capture one or more of the below documents:

  • PAN card
  • Marriage certificate
  • Gazette certificate
  • Passport

Our agent will verify and take a photograph of the required document.

Note: The agent will never collect a physical copy of the document.

Why is my Bajaj Finserv DBS Bank Credit Card application rejected?

Your application may be rejected due to the following reasons:

  • You have not met the card eligibility criteria
  • Your application may not be in line with DBS Bank’s policy

I do not have a PAN or Aadhaar Card. Can I still apply for a Bajaj Finserv DBS Bank Credit Card?

We cannot process your application unless you have a PAN and Aadhaar Card in your name.

I do not have my PAN or Aadhaar Card with me at the moment. Can I continue with my credit card application?

You need to know your Aadhaar Card number to process your biometric KYC and complete the application. We cannot complete your application if you do not have your Aadhaar Card number.

Does DBS Bank provide credit cards in India?

DBS Bank is a Singapore based bank that provides services to customers globally. Currently, DBS Bank provides its credit card services in India only in partnership with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

How can I use my digital Bajaj Finserv DBS Bank Credit Card?

To use your digital Bajaj Finserv DBS Bank Credit Card, follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Sign up on the DBS Card+ IN app with your mobile number
  • Enter your date of birth and create your username and password
  • After successfully logging in, go to setting and select “Card Controls”
  • Check “Switch On” online transactions

You can use up to 20% of your credit limit on your digital card. The remaining 80% is unlocked once you receive your physical card. When your credit card is delivered to your address, set your PIN to start using it.

Before the visit, we will share the agent’s name and time of arrival. Before submitting documents, you can check the agent’s identity through his digital ID card (on the app).

Do I need to provide hard copies of my documents for KYC verification?

No, you do not have to provide hard copies of your documents for KYC verification. You will only need your Aadhaar Card number with you during the verification process.

What should I do if my personal details are mentioned incorrectly on my credit card?

Can I schedule an appointment for doorstep collection of my KYC documents on Sundays or holidays?

Yes, you can schedule appointments on any day of the week and at any time per your convenience.

The assigned Bajaj Finserv executive is asking me to send my documents through WhatsApp and or email. What should I do?

As per Bajaj Finserv’s policy, no document should be shared over digital modes. The assigned field executive must capture and verify your original documents in person.

Can my relative and or any third person handover my documents on my behalf?

We do not collect any hard copy documents; therefore, no handover is required. However, you will still need to be present as we need to scan your fingerprint to complete the biometric KYC process.

The assigned executive has not arrived at the designated time to collect my documents. What should I do?

The assigned field executive had called me, but I could not receive it. What should I do?

You can contact us on 1860 267 6789 or write to us at supercardcare@dbs.com and our customer care executives will help you with the process further.

The assigned executive has collected my documents, but I have not received any communication regarding the submission of my documents. What should I do?

Our executives will not collect any documents. In case any such request is made by the assigned executive, please contact our customer care service on 1860 267 6789 or write to us at supercardcare@dbs.com.

How will I know when my KYC process is complete?

Your KYC process will be completed once:

  • Our agent verifies your documents and completes the verification process
  • Your fingerprint scan for the biometric verification process is done
  • You complete the declaration process, by submitting the OTP sent to your registered mobile number

What are cash points?

A cash point is a perk offered in the form of points to users on transactions made using the Bajaj Finserv DBS Bank Credit Card. Instead of receiving cashback, points earned against the transaction are credited to your credit card account. The value of 1 cash point is 0.20 paise. For every Rs. 200 spent, you earn 2 cash points. 

How do I earn cash points?

You can earn cash points on every transaction using the Bajaj Finserv DBS Bank Credit Card. Cash points are credited to your account at the end of the month and can be redeemed on the ‘REWARDS AND SAVINGS’ page.

Are there any complimentary health benefits on purchasing the Bajaj Finserv DBS Bank Credit Card?

You get a complimentary health membership with the Bajaj Finserv DBS Bank Credit Card. These benefits include:

  • 3 tele consultations every month at just Rs. 75
  • 20% off on pharmacy bills or medicinal purchases

You can redeem your cash points on the DBS rewards portal on various categories, such as travel, shopping, voucher, mobile recharge and more.

How can I earn and redeeserv application

You can earn and redeem cash points on all retail transactions, including those at:

  • Bajaj Finserv EMI Network partner stores
  • Online transactions through e-commerce websites
  • Transaction on the DBS rewards portal, and
  • Bajaj Finserv application

How will I receive a fuel surcharge waiver?

The fuel surcharge waiver is credited back to you in the next month of the transaction. To be eligible for this, you need to purchase fuel at any fuel station across India between Rs. 400 and Rs. 4,000.

*The maximum waiver in one statement cycle differs basis your card variant.

You can use your Bajaj Finserv DBS Bank Credit Card for fuel purchases across any fuel station in India.

What is a spend-based waiver? 

The spend-based waiver* is a Bajaj Finserv DBS Bank Credit Card feature that relieves you from paying any annual fee** for your credit card if your spending crosses a certain threshold limit^.

*This waiver is only applicable on the 5X Rewards Credit Card and 5X Plus Rewards Credit Card.
**The annual fee for that year is waived if the user meets the threshold spending limit.
^The threshold limit will differ according to the credit card variant.
