You can use this card across any Bajaj Finserv partner outlets or online partner stores to shop for 1 million+ products across categories such as televisionair conditionersrefrigerators, home appliances, furniture, clothes, accessories, travel bookings, and medical treatments in more than 1,300 cities. This card is now accepted across more than 60,000+ stores.

What is the loan amount available on the Bajaj Finserv EMI Network Card?

The limit on the EMI Network Card is the loan amount assigned to you by Bajaj Finserv. This loan amount depends on several factors and can go up to Rs.4 lakh.

What will be the tenor of my EMI loan?

You can choose a suitable tenor from the numerous options available to you at the time of buying your favourite product at any of Bajaj Finserv’s partner stores.

How can I access the EMI Network Card on the Bajaj Finserv Wallet?

The Bajaj Finserv Wallet, powered by Mobikwik, helps you view your EMI Network Card, the available loan limit, EMI offers, stores near you, and details of your active and closed loans. You can download the app on Play Store or App Store. Log into the app using your mobile number and OTP to view your EMI Network Card. You can also give a missed call to 9278066666to get a link to download the app.

What are the benefits of the EMI Network Card on the Bajaj Finserv Wallet app?

With the Bajaj Finserv Wallet app, you can:

1. View your EMI Network Card number, available limit, active and closed loan details.

Do I have to make any down payment when I transact using my card?

It depends on the product you are looking to purchase. Certain categories such as gym memberships, travel bookings, and others may involve a nominal down payment. Purchases from most categories however, do not involve a down payment.

Is the EMI Network Card a credit card?

The EMI Network Card is not a credit card. By using the EMI Network Card, customers can purchase any electronics, gadgets, home décor and furnishing, or fashion products across 60,000+ stores in 1,300+ cities with minimal documentation on No Cost EMI.

Can someone else use the EMI Network Card on my behalf?

For safety and security reasons, we recommend that only the card holder uses the EMI Network Card for making the purchases. The liability of the loan taken using the EMI Network Card rests solely with the holder of the EMI Network Card.

Can I apply for family card(s) on my EMI Network Card?

Yes, you may apply for family cards for up to two family members.

How do I repay the loan availed on my EMI Network Card?

You can repay the loan by paying your balance outstanding through Equated Monthly Instalments (EMI). In case you need more details, please feel free to write to [email protected], quoting your loan account number. We will be happy to assist you.

Can I foreclose the loan? How do I do it?

Yes, you can foreclose after 6 months from the loan disbursement date. Visit the customer portal-Experia, walk into one of our branches, or contact us on [email protected] to foreclose your loan.

What are the interest and processing fees charged for loans on the EMI Network Card?

With the EMI Network Card, Bajaj Finserv offers financing for more than 1 million products across 60,000+ stores. While a nominal down payment and processing fee amount may be due on a few items, most of the products do not incur any charges. The customer has to simply pay the EMIs for the amount financed. The manufacturers bear an annualized rate of interest which is based on risk gradation, cost of funds, margin, and risk premium. There are no hidden charges whatsoever.

Do I get any dealer discounts/offers with this card?

Yes. There are more than 1,000+ offers given by our partners from time to time. You can view these offers on the Bajaj Finserv Wallet app, on our website, or at the partner store.

Do I need to pay a charge to the retailer for any transaction I make on the EMI Network Card?

You may have to pay an additional transaction charge, depending on the schemes running at the dealer stores at a particular point of time.

What if I lose my EMI Network Card and someone else uses it to make purchases?

You can contact us at 020 - 3957 5152 to get your EMI Network Card blocked. For security reasons, we recommend that only the EMI Network Card holder uses it for making purchases. The liability of the loan availed using the EMI Network Card rests solely with holder of the EMI Network Card.

How do I get my EMI Network Card statement?

You can view your transaction details online on the customer portal - Experia. Simply log in using your username and password. You can also write to [email protected] call us 020 - 3957 5152 (call charges may be applicable) to get the details.

Where can I get my customer portal username and password?

Your user ID is printed on the reverse of your EMI Network Card. Alternatively, you can send SMS ‘EXPERIA’ to +91 92275 64444 from your registered mobile to get the username and password.

How do I download Experia app?

To get Experia app SMS EMI to 56070 or visit the Play Store or App Store.

How can I change my contact details registered with my EMI Network Card?

For any change of your registered contact details such as home address, email ID, mobile, and telephone number, you will have to login and update the same in our customer portal - Experia.

What should I do if my EMI Network Card displays an error at the time of use?

Our representatives at the partner store will be there to assist you. In case your problem is not resolved, please call us at 020 - 3957 5152 (call charges may be applicable).

How do I return my EMI Network Card?

You can call our customer care at 020 - 3957 5152 to register your grievance. We will do our best to assist you. If you are calling from a non-registered mobile number, please keep your 7-digit customer ID handy for verification.

What is the validity of the EMI Network Card?

The validity is mentioned on your EMI Network Card itself. You can also check the details by using your Experia login ID and password or you may call up our customer care at 020 - 3957 5152.

Can I get a replacement of the EMI Network Card if my existing EMI Network Card is lost, stolen or damaged?

You can call the customer care at 020 - 3957 5152 to place a request to block your lost EMI Network Card. You may also place a request for a new EMI Network Card. The fees for reissued cards are applicable as per the policy.

What are the documents that I need to submit to get an EMI Network Card?

You will need to submit a government-issued ID proof, an address proof, a cancelled cheque, one passport size photograph, and a signed NACH mandate form to our executive.
