What is Bajaj Finserv Wallet?

Bajaj Finserv Wallet is a mobile application to enable customers to access their Digital EMI cards, make & collect payments, pay bills, book bus tickets, check offers, find out nearby stores etc. Seamlessly, instantly on real time basis and at the click of a button. It is powered by India’s leading wallet company – MobiKwik.

What is Bajaj Finserv Digital EMI Card?

EMI Card refers to Existing Member Identification Card. The Digital EMI card is a non-physical EMI card which will be pre-loaded on the Bajaj Finserv Wallet app as “Digital EMI Card”. It can be used to make the transactions across the network of BFL merchants.

How to get Digital EMI Card?

1.Customer can download Bajaj Finserv Wallet app from playstore/app store.
2.Customer can download Bajaj Finserv Wallet app from the link: which can be obtained after giving missed call to number 9278066666
Steps to Login & See Digital EMI Card on App:
1.After installing app, customer has to enter mobile number which is registered with Bajaj.
2.One-time password(OTP) will be sent to the same mobile number; customer has to enter OTP.
3.After OTP verification, a popup of Congratulations will come. Then customer has to click ‘Know more’.
4.App will ask Date of birth (DOB). Customer to enter the date of birth registered with Bajaj.
5.Customer will see Digital EMI card(s).
After OTP verification, if customer is not able to view the window to enter the DOB, the customer can access Digital EMI Card by clicking Bajaj Finserv logo - ‘B’ at the Home-screen of the app.

What are the advantages of having Bajaj Finserv Digital EMI Card against a physical card?

A wallet with pre-loaded Digital EMI card will free the customer from carrying physical card
Increased security against fraudulent transactions
Will make easy to block/unblock the card
Increased ease of transaction and all these with different features of a digital wallet.

What are the benefits of Bajaj Finserv Wallet?

What features of the app can the customer use?

Customer will be able to use the below facilities:
1.Digital EMI card: Customers will be able to see their EMI card in app (Hence no need to carry physical EMI card). Along with Digital EMI card, customers can see their respective transactions.
2.Nearby stores: Customer can see Bajaj partner stores in ‘stores’ section in respective area. Customers can also search for a particular store. Eg. Vijay sales.
3.Offers:Customers can avail offers in ‘offer section’. These are under different categories – Electronics, Furniture, Fashion, etc.

What should I do if I get error on app?

Please check profile on Experia.
1.Multiple customer ID: Contact customer care
2.Single customer ID: If shown error on app, “Please clear the app data and cache from Setting of the device. Steps: Go to Setting > App > Wallet > App details/Storage/Memory > Clear data + Clear cache”

What if customer doesn’t have smartphone, how can the customer still use the Bajaj Finserv Wallet?

The customer can still transact using the Mobile number and OTP/PIN across all BFL dealers. Using OTP from feature phone, customer can install app in other smart phone and can avail benefits such as offer search, store search, transaction details, contact customer service, etc.

In what time will the card start showing in the app and when for usage?

Card number would reflect in your digital app post the delivery of your product. It will be activated post 20 to 60 days of loan approval. Customer will also get a SMS and Email once the card is activated. They just need to open the App and click on Bajaj Icon (‘B’) on top right of the Wallet’s Home Screen/Landing page.

What if the I lose my Smartphone/ How to block the card?

For blocking of your card, please call us on our call center at 020 – 39575152 (call charges applicable) & block you card on our IVR. You can also block your card by logging on to your Experia portal.

What is my Card PIN & from how do I get it?

To receive your EMI Card PIN on your mobile, SMS PIN to 9227564444 from your registered mobile number. You can change your EMI card PIN, by logging on Experia portal.

How can customer update his mobile number with us?

There are 3 options available:
Option 1: Call Hotline Number: 020- 39574100
Option 2: You can login into the Experia portal
Option 3: You can call the call center at 020–39575152

Where can this Bajaj Finserv Wallet be used?

You can use this card across MobiKwik Merchant Network and any BFL Partners outlets across categories like mobile phones, computing devices, retail fashion (clothes, accessories, travel, groceries, small appliances and much more), electronics and appliances, power backup, holiday packages, eye-ware, education (coaching classes), watches, etc.

Can someone else use the Bajaj Finserv Wallet on my behalf?

For safety and security reasons, we recommend that only the card holder uses the EMI Card for making purchases. The liability of the loan taken using the EMI Card rests solely with the holder of the EMI Card.

Where will customer see Bajaj Finserv Digital EMI Card’s limit?

There are 4 options available:
Option 1: In ‘Available Balance’ icon on home screen
Option 2: In the ‘Wallet’ section on Home screen
Option 3: On Home Screen -> Slide from right to left -> My Wallet -> Account Details section
Option 4: Click ‘B’ Bajaj Logo, below EMI card, available limit

Any issues after or during downloading the app?

Any wallet issue (debit issue), please follow “Help” steps in the app itself.
