  3. Type ‘Claims’ and send to 5616181 as SMS

Documents Required To Lodge Claims

  • Invoice or Bill Copy
  • Duly filled Claim Form
  • Claim Intimation within 24 hrs
  • If Burglary or Theft – FIR is must
