The CCTV Assure plan offers benefits of up to Rs. 40,000 to assist you in multiple emergency situations along with a complimentary CCTV Protection with coverage up to Rs. 25, 000.
Applying for the CCTV Assure plan is an easy online process. All you need to do is fill up the online application form with your basic details and pay the premium via any of the online payment options available.
Along with coverage for your CCTV installations, you can also avail emergency financial assistance in case you are travelling and get stranded due to an unwarranted situation. The emergency financial advance can go up to Rs. 20,000 in India and up to Rs. 40,000 abroad.
One of the most attractive features of this plan includes the facility to get all your lost debit/credit cards blocked with just one phone call. This benefit could be immensely useful in situations such as loss of wallet due to a theft or robbery.
As an added benefit, the plan also offers you subscription to F-Secure Internet Security, which is a powerful antivirus to protect your computer/laptop against malware and enables secure net banking.
Here’s what’s covered in this plan.
You can get financial protection if your CCTV camera is accidentally damaged at your covered premises. This covers replacement or repair costs, up to the sum covered amount.
The CCTV Assure Plan offers coverage against damage or loss caused to the camera due to an actual or attempted robbery at your covered premises. Please note that the coverage is as per the value of the CCTV camera mentioned on the invoice or maximum up to the sum covered amount.
One of the benefits of the CCTV Assure Plan is that you get comprehensive coverage against perils such as fire, riots, lightning, explosion/implosion, impact damage due to aircraft/vehicles/animals and environmental calamities like storms, earthquakes, floods, etc.

Here’s what’s not covered in this plan.
You cannot claim the benefits of this plan if your CCTV Camera is not registered for the protection cover within 365 days of its purchase (as per the original purchase date on the invoice).
For every claim raised, 10% of the total claim amount must be borne by the customer.
Any damage incurred to the CCTV device due to servicing, preventative maintenance, repairing or renovating or deterioration arising from wear and tear is not covered under the plan.
Any loss or damage to the covered item cost or expense of any type directly or indirectly caused by warlike operations, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), and civil war are not covered under the plan. To lodge a claim under CCTV Assure Plan, it is mandatory that you inform the Customer Experience team within 24 hours of the loss/damage to your CCTV camera and submit the following documents:
KYC documents
Travel Safe membership letter
Invoice or bill copy of article
Duly filled claim form
Claim intimation within 24 hrs
FIR is required in case of burglary or theft
