Senior citizen home registration (from 01 April 2026)

A. Search by party name

1. Navigate to the bottom right corner of the page
2. Click ‘Searching by Party Name’
3. You will be redirected to the 'Registration by Party' page
4. Select timeline — Post-computerisation (2006 to present) or Pre-computerisation (1996 to 2006)
5. Fill in party name, timeline, and party type (executor, claimant, or both)
6. Click 'View'
    

B. Search by serial number

1. Click 'Searching by Serial Number' at the bottom right
2. Select post- or pre-computerisation timeline
3. Enter serial number, registration number, timeline
4. Click ‘View’

View your account (RoR)

1. Go to biharbhumi.bihar.gov.in
2. Click ‘View Your Account’
3. Choose district and tehsil
4. Enter account number, Khasra number, or holder's name
5. Click 'View' — your Record of Rights appears on screen

1. Select district, Tehsil/ Block, and village
2. Click 'Jamabandi' or ‘Record of Rights’
