Your consumer number is a unique identification marker that's assigned when you apply for a new metered connection. For UPPCL urban bills, this is a combination of 10 digits, while for UPPCL rural connections, it is represented by a 12-digit combination. Finding this number is relatively easy as it is printed on the second top left corner of your monthly electricity bill.
