- 2 Open the app, log in, or register if you are a new user
- 3 Go to ‘BILLS AND RECHARGES’ and select ‘MOBILE POSTPAID’ under ‘UTILITIES AND BILLS’ section
- 4 Enter your postpaid number and click on ‘FETCH YOUR BILL’
- 5 Select a payment method from the list of available payment options such as credit cards, debit cards, and net banking
- 6 After choosing your preferred payment mode, enter the requested payment details
- 7 Check the details you entered and click on 'PAY NOW’

At the moment, 5 telecom operators are available on the BBPS platform. You can pay your postpaid mobile bill for Airtel, BSNL, Jio, MTNL, and Vi.
Once the payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation message and a BBPS recharge receipt in email/ SMS/ print form along with the transaction ID. Also, a confirmation/ success message will be visible once the transaction is completed. You could also check the details in your transaction history for future reference.
