    You can block all your lost credit or ATM cards by calling on a single, 24-hour toll-free helpline number 1800-419-4000.

  • Multi-lingual assistance helpline

    Get access to CPP India’s dedicated multi-lingual helpline in Indian languages. The helpline lets you understand various product features from the comfort of your home.

  • Preventive maintenance service

    The plan comes with a one-time free maintenance service for your covered appliance. This includes appliance cleaning and active checking.

This advanced Asset Secure Plan allows you to safeguard your valuable assets under three different terms such as 1, 2 and 3 years. The membership covers the cost of replacement and repair of parts of the appliance post the warranty period offered by the manufacturer.

How To Purchase The Policy

Here are the steps to purchase the policy:

  • To apply for the product, click on ‘Apply Now’ and fill in the necessary details
  • Make the fee payment online using your preferred mode of payment
  • Fill in your name and mobile number
  • Complete the process by clicking ‘Buy now’, you can also request a call back

List Of Documents To Process The Claim

Here’s the list of documents required in original form from the manufacturer that needs to be submitted to the insurer to initiate a claim:

  • Manufacturer’s invoice(s) (summary and itemised invoices) and corresponding payment receipts
  • Replacement or repair summary (in case the asset has undergone replacement)
  • All supporting documents of the product
  • All receipts corresponding to the purchase
  • Self-attested copies of ID proof (PAN card, Aadhar Card, passport, driving license, voter’s identity card, bank passbook or statement)
  • In case of cashless claims, the ID proof should contain the photograph of the ID cardholder and the product
  • It is preferable to provide NEFT details and supporting documents (cancelled cheque or bank passbook or statement) at claim registration
  • Claim form
  • Satisfaction letter (optional)

How To Process The Claim

To process the claim, you can either contact CPP Asset Secure helpline within seven days of the breakdown or visit the authorised service centre. Here are the details to process cashless claims.

For Cashless Claims

  • Call the helpline number 18602583030 and intimate your claim
  • The insurer will generate a claim number
  • A visit is scheduled by the authorised service partner for inspection of the damaged appliance
  • Submit the documents as required by the insurer. Repair time will be determined upon inspection. In case of a total loss of appliance, intimation will be sent to the insurer, and the claim will be settled accordingly

Major Policy Exclusions

Here are some of the exclusions under this plan:

  • Deductible and depreciation will be negligible
  • Loss or damage arising out of normal wear and tear of assets
  • Change in ownership of the appliance
  • Failure of parts that are subjected to recall by the manufacturer of the appliance
  • Loss or damage arising out of overloading, strain, over-running, short-circuiting, etc.
  • Loss or damage arising out of normal wear and tear
