3. Click on "Register" to proceed.
4. Enter the required details and note that fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Choose any of the document from PAN number, Aadhar card, NPR (National Population Register), bank account number, Voter ID card, driving license, passport number, or Ration card number.
5. Now input the characters shown in the text box and click on "GET PIN." The member must agree to the disclaimer by clicking the "I Agree" button and click "Submit".
6. You will receive a pin on your registered mobile number, enter that PIN.
7. You have successfully registered on EPFO portal, you can now login to EPFO by entering you document number and your registered mobile number.

A. Steps to login to EPFO member portal for employers

1. Visit the EPFO employer login page at https://unifiedportal-emp.epfindia.gov.in/epfo/.
2. Enter the username and password, then click on the 'Sign In' button.

B. Steps to login to EPFO member portal for employees

1. Visit the EPFO Unified Login portal.
2. Click 'For Employees' under the 'Services' section.
3. On the new dashboard, select "Member UAN/Online Services” within the 'Services' section or you can directly go to the EPFO Member Portal/e-SEWA Portal.
4. Log in using your UAN (Universal Account Number) if it has been activated. If not, there is an option below the login section to activate UAN.
5. Once your UAN is activated, you can log in to the EPFO member portal anytime.

How to reset your EPFO password?

To reset your EPFO password, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Forgot Password" in the login section on the UAN member portal.
2. Enter your UAN and captcha code.
3. Provide your name, date of birth, gender, and click on "Verify."
4. Enter the captcha code displayed, Aadhaar number, give consent for Aadhaar-based authentication, and click on "Verify."
5. Enter your registered mobile number, give consent, and click on the "Get OTP" button.
6. Enter the captcha code displayed on your screen and the OTP you received, then click on "Verify."
7. Enter your desired new password, confirm the password, and click on "Submit." Now you can use this password to log in to the UAN portal.

3. Now provide your registered mobile number and captcha for verification. Click on the 'Request OTP', enter the received OTP and captcha, then click 'Validate OTP.'
4. You will be redirected to a page to enter your name, date of birth, PAN/ Aadhaar/ member ID, and captcha for additional verification.
5. Now click on the 'Show my UAN' button.
6. Your UAN number will be displayed on the screen.

5. Choose the document type you wish to update, click the checkbox, and provide the required information in the "Document Number" and "Name as per Document" fields.
6. After updating the details, click on the "Save" option.
