You can make HDB loan payments online on Bajaj Finserv’s BBPS platform by following these steps:
- Visit Bajaj Finserv’s BBPS login page
- Enter your name as mentioned on your PAN Card
- Enter your mobile number and click on ‘GENERATE OTP’
- Click on ‘SUBMIT OTP’ after filling in the OTP
- Under ‘FINANCIAL SERVICES AND TAXES’, choose ‘LOAN REPAYMENT’
- Choose HDB Financial Services as your biller from the drop-down menu
- Enter your account number and click on ‘PROCEED’
- Make payment using your credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI ID
You will receive a notification from Bajaj Finserv after successful payment.

You can find your HDB account number on your loan statement. You can give a missed call on 044-45602401 from your registered mobile number to get your loan details.
Yes, you can make your HDB loan repayment early, but you will have to pay prepayment or foreclosure charges. In the case of HDB Pl loan, you need to pay 4% of the principal as a foreclosure charge and applicable taxes.
Through the mobile app
You can simply download the bank’s mobile app on your smartphone. Use your log in credentials and click on ‘LOAN’. You can view not only your personal loan statement, but also other details of the loan/s availed by you.
Through the log in portal
If you visit the official website of a bank. You will be able to view ‘LOAN’ under the ‘PRODUCTS’ section. Under loans, you can click on ‘personal loan’ which will direct you to a new page. You can click on ‘LOGIN’ and using your log in credentials you can view your personal loan statement.
Through mail ID
You can send a mail to the bank’s email ID asking them to send you your personal loan e-statement. The bank will send you the e-statement to your email ID. If you use the net banking or mobile facility, you can provide your email ID, and you will receive the e-statement.
Missed call service
To provide hassle-free and convenient services, HDB introduced the Missed Call facility for loan related information to customers. By just giving a missed call from your registered mobile number to 080-69856108, you can now get your loan related information on your mobile phone.
The call made to the above number will be automatically disconnected after choosing the service. The customer will then receive details of their loan account as an SMS based on the service opted.
