EMI Query Resolution

How do I reopen a closed service request in Bajaj Finserv My Account?

Log in to My Account on the Bajaj Finance website or app. Go to the Help and Support section and find your closed service request. If the option to reopen is available, select it and provide details of why the issue remains unresolved. A representative will follow up with you.

Is there a time limit to reopen a closed service request?

Bajaj Finance does not publish a standard time limit for reopening closed service requests on its official pages. Contact Bajaj Finance customer care at 8698 010 101 as soon as you believe a request has been closed without resolution. Acting promptly improves the likelihood of the matter being reviewed and resolved quickly.

Can I reopen a closed request related to my overdue EMI payment?

Yes. If a service request related to an overdue EMI payment was closed without being resolved, you can raise it again through My Account under Help and Support. If unresolved after follow-up, escalate through the Bajaj Finance grievance redressal process or contact customer care at 8698 010 101 directly.

What if my overdue EMI payment request was marked resolved incorrectly?

If your request was marked resolved but the issue remains, contact Bajaj Finance customer care at 8698 010 101 with your service request number and payment reference. If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily, escalate through the official Bajaj Finance grievance redressal process or to the RBI Integrated Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in.

How many times can I reopen the same request?

Bajaj Finance does not publish a stated limit on the number of times a service request can be reopened. If your concern remains unresolved after multiple follow-ups, escalate formally through the Bajaj Finance grievance redressal process. If still unresolved within 30 days, you may contact the RBI Integrated Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in.
