What do I do if my payment was completed successfully, but I do not receive the benefit?

Since you have received the success response, we would request you to wait for 2 working days. In case you still do not get the balance/ recharge benefit, kindly contact your service provider’s customer support directly mentioning the transaction ID/ order ID to get a resolution.

What do I do if my payment fails, but the amount is deducted from my account?

If your recharge fails and the amount is deducted, please wait for 48 hours. The amount will be credited back to the source account.

Why am I unable to make a payment?
