- Check whether the payment status is marked as ‘Successful’ or ‘Failed’.
Verify with PUVVNL:
- Contact PUVVNL customer care and provide your transaction reference number to confirm whether the payment was received.
Raise a Dispute:
- If the payment status is ‘Failed’ but the amount is deducted, raise a dispute through the Bajaj Finserv App by selecting the transaction and clicking on ‘Report an Issue’.
