- Log in to the Bajaj Finserv App using your registered mobile number.
- Navigate to the ‘Services’ section and select ‘Transaction History’.
- Verify the status of your payment.
Wait for Automatic Reconciliation:
- Payments are often reconciled within 24–48 hours. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
Raise a Support Request:
- Use the ‘Raise Service Request’ feature in the app or website to report the issue.
- Provide transaction details, including the payment date, amount, and reference number.
Contact CSPDCL Customer Care:
- If the payment is still not reflected after 48 hours, reach out to CSPDCL customer care with your transaction details.
