Log on to our customer portal – Experia.
Enter your customer ID, phone number, or your Email address.
Authenticate the login with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number or with your password.
You can also login with your Facebook or Google credentials.
Go to the ‘My Relationship’ section and click on ‘EMI Network Card’.
You can check your EMI Network Card-related details such as status, expiry, card number, etc.
Open the Bajaj Finserv Wallet app with an OTP sent to your registered number.
Click on the ‘Know more’ tab in the top right corner.
Enter your date of birth and click on ‘See EMI Card Now’.
Your EMI Network Card details, including the status, will be available to you here.
