How to Change Bajaj EMI Card PIN (Existing Users)

Your Insta EMI Card comes with a four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). You’ll be asked to set a new one when you activate your card. You’ll then need this PIN for every transaction. If you forget your PIN, or need to update it, you can reset it by visiting the service portal

    • Sign-in with your registered mobile number and the OTP.
    • Verify your details with your date of birth and proceed.
    • Go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Your relations. ’
    • Select your EMI card.
    • Click on 'View card details'
    • Click on ‘Manage’ Option
    • Click on "Reset PIN' option available under "Quick actions" section.
    • Enter New PIN, Re-enter New PIN
    • Enter OTP sent on registered mobile number

    You can also click on the ‘Change your PIN’ option below to sign-in. Then, you can select your card from ‘Relations’ and proceed. Once you complete the process, you’ll receive a notification on your screen.

Your attempt to change your EMI Network Card PIN could be unsuccessful due to the following reasons:

  • Network Issues.
  • Incorrect values entered in the fields.
  • The 'New PIN' entered the second time did not match the first entry of the 'New PIN' entered

We request that you try again by following the given steps:

  1. Go to 'Relations' and select the card for which you wish to update the PIN.
  2. Click on 'Reset PIN’.
  3. Enter and then re-enter your new PIN.
  4. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and click on 'Submit'.
