Bajaj Finance sales grievance policy
Bajaj Finance Limited has drafted its sales policies that every Bajaj Finance representative must abide by. By agreeing to these policies, you allow representatives of BFL to access your personal information and help you learn more about a financial product.
The loans are offered to the customers through online/ offline modes. Based on the offer, our sales teams connect with the customer, during which offer details are shared with the customer, along with features and benefits. A loan is booked on receipt of the customer’s consent and acknowledgement. The loan details are available in the welcome letter sent to the customer's registered contact details (email, SMS) post successful approval and disbursement. However, if the customer isn’t satisfied with the product availed or is concerned about the loan offered, they can raise their grievance. They can raise their grievance with the nearest dealer/ relationship manager/ sales manager.
However, if the customer is still not satisfied with the resolution provided by the above-mentioned channels, they can reach out to us. We’ll help them in getting their queries resolved.
