Rajasthan NFSA ration card holders can collect food grains from any PDS shop across India under the One Nation One Ration Card (ONORC) scheme using the Mera Ration app.

The ONORC scheme allows migrant workers, students, and families who travel across states to access their entitled food grains at any PDS shop in the country. The Mera Ration mobile app helps ONORC beneficiaries locate nearby Fair Price Shops and check their entitlement while away from Rajasthan.

Aadhaar not linked to ration card: Visit your nearest Fair Price Shop or supply office to complete Aadhaar seeding. All family members must have Aadhaar linked for uninterrupted ration access.

Name mismatch between Aadhaar and ration card: Correct the name in Aadhaar first at the nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra, then update the ration card at the supply office or online portal.

Application rejected: Check the rejection reason on the portal using your application number. Common reasons include income above the eligible limit, duplicate application, or missing documents. Correct and reapply.

Jan Aadhaar not registered: If you do not have a Jan Aadhaar card, register at janaadhaar.rajasthan.gov.in or visit your nearest e-Mitra kiosk before applying for a ration card. Without Jan Aadhaar, your ration card application cannot be processed in Rajasthan.

Ration not received at Fair Price Shop: Contact the 1967 / 1800-180-6127 helpline. File a grievance through the state PDS grievance portal if the issue is not resolved.

Card not found in beneficiary list: Verify with your nearest supply office. If recently approved, the list may take a few days to update online.
