  • Visit the Haryana RERA website at https://www.haryanarera.gov.in/ and click on ‘Appellate Tribunal’

  • Then click on ‘Registration of Appeal with HRERA Appellate Tribunal’

  • Fill particulars and click on ‘Submit’

  • Save the online appeal number for future correspondence

  • Pay the registration fee

  • Print the registration form and make at least 5 copies of it. You may need multiple copies, depending on the total number of respondents

  • Type out a detailed appeal by following the guidelines given in Form AAT. Again, make an appropriate number of copies and attach these to the registration form’s copies.

  • If there is a delay in filing the appeal, list out reasons for the delay.

  • Deliver 3 copies of the appeal, annexures, demand draft comprising the fees and the registration form by hand or post

  • Supply each respondent with an additional appeal set with the respondents’ address on the registered cover

  • You can check the appeal status at official website. Simply enter the appeal’s details to know its status.

HRERA also allows real estate developers, agents, and promoters to register a property under RERA Gurugram or RERA Panchkula. You can do this online, by logging on to the appropriate website and navigating to ‘Project Registration’. After entering basic information and ‘Applicant Details’, fill out Form A and submit it online.
