Part Payment is a kind of loan repayment method in which you pre-pay a part of your loan amount when you have surplus funds. You can make part payment as many times as you want at '0 (Zero)' additional cost.

How can I make a part-payment?

To make part-payments towards your loan, please follow these steps:

  • Login to the Experia Customer Portal with your user Id/ mobile number and password
  • Click on the ‘Quick Pay’ option at the top left part of the screen
  • Under 'Online Payment', click on ‘Part Payment’
  • Select the loan for which you wish to make a Part Payment and click on 'Pay'
  • Enter the amount and click on 'Proceed to Pay'
  • Choose a payment portal and click on ‘Proceed’
  • Select your payment mode and complete the transaction

Please Note:

  • If you are unable to view your loan account number on the part-payment page, please clear your cookies by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete
  • Alternatively, you can also visit your nearest Bajaj Finance Limited branch to make a part payment

When can I make a part-payment towards my loan?
  • There are certain conditions applicable when it comes to making a part-payment towards your existing loan. These are stated below- Minimum part-prepayment amount should be equal or more than Rs. 100
  • There are no additional charges applicable for part-payment made towards your Flexi loan account
Are there any charges applicable for making a part-payment towards my Flexi Loan?

There are no part payment charges for Flexi Loan. You can make payments at your convenience

I have made a part-payment but it is not adjusted towards my loan account. Please help.

After making a part-payment , it takes up to 1 business day for the amount to get adjusted against your Flexi Loan.

If you still cannot see the updated loan details, you can raise a request  so that our Service Team can look into the matter and provide an appropriate solution. To do this, follow the steps below:

  • Login to your Experia Customer Portal with your user id/ mobile number and password
  • Click on the 'Telephone Icon' at the top right of the screen
  • Select 'Connect With Us'
  • Under 'Need Assistance?', select 'Raise A Request'
  • Select ‘Product/ Service’
  • Select 'Product Type'
  • Select 'Product Description'
  • Select 'Query Type'
  • Select 'Query Description'
  • Type your query details
  • Attach supporting screenshots/ files (In this case, upload your updated bank statement)
  • Provide your alternate email id and mobile number (If any)
  • Click on 'Submit'
