What is Drawdown?

Drawdown is a withdrawal facility offered on your Flexi Loan. You can withdraw the required amount by raising a request within the available limit.

Steps to drawdown money from Flexi Loan

To drawdown/ withdraw money from your Flexi Loan account through Experia, you can follow these steps:

  • Login to your Experia Portal
  • Click on the ‘My Relations’ option at the top left part of the screen
  • Click on ‘View All’
  • Select the loan account from which you wish to drawdown/ withdraw & click on ‘View Details’
  • Click on the ‘Drawdown’ option in the header
  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click on ‘Proceed’
  • Verify your current bank account details like bank name and bank account number to which amount will be transferred

(Note:- You will be redirected to our Raise A Request page where you will have to attach a cheque with all your new bank details i.e full name, bank branch, IFSC code, MICR etc.)

  • If you want to go with your current bank account details, click on Get OTP
  • Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile no. and click on 'Submit'
  • Within 2 hours of your drawdown request, the amount will be credited to your bank account

IMPORTANT:

If you are unable to view your loan account number on the drawdown page, please clear your cookies: press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to clear your cookies. Also, please note that you will only be able to perform a withdrawal/ drawdown if you have no dues against your loan.

Under what circumstances can Bajaj Finance Limited block my Flexi Loan facility?

Bajaj Finance Ltd can block your Flexi Loan facility in the following situations:

  • Non-payment of the loan amount
  • Continued delays in EMI payments
  • A drop in the CIBIL score
  • Bounced payments
  • Change in organisation/ occupation without notice
  • Any other reason defined within the Bajaj credit policy
How can I drawdown/ withdraw money from my Flexi Loan account using a different bank account?

To update your drawdown/ withdrawal bank account details, you can follow these steps:

  • Login to your Experia Portal
  • Click on the ‘My Relations’ option at the top left part of the screen
  • Click on ‘View All’
  • Select the loan account from which you wish to drawdown/ withdraw & click on ‘View Details’
  • Click on the ‘Drawdown’ option in the header
  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click on ‘Proceed’
  • Click on 'Change Bank Details' & Click on Get OTP
  • Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number
  • Now, again enter the OTP received on your registered e-mail Id
  • Post this, enter your new bank account details (Bank Account Number and IFSC) and click on 'Proceed'. To proceed now, please click here.
How can I unblock my Flexi Loan Account Number?

To unblock your Flexi Loan Account Number, please clear all overdue/ missed EMI amount by following these steps:

  • Login to your Experia Customer portal
  • Click on the ‘Quick Pay’ option at the top left part of the screen
  • Under ‘Online Payment’, click on 'EMI And Overdue Payments'
  • Select the loan for which you have missed a payment or have dues to clear and click on 'Pay'
  • Enter the amount and click on 'Proceed To Pay'
  • Choose a payment portal and click on ‘Proceed’
  • Select your payment mode and complete the transaction

Alternatively, you can also make an overdue payment by visiting your nearest Bajaj Finance Ltd branch.

Please Note:

  • You need to clear your 3 consecutive EMI to get your Loan Account Number (LAN) unblocked.
  • Once prerequisites mentioned above are fulfilled (subject to realization and updation of the same in your account), we will unblock LAN on 2nd or 18th of the month whichever comes first.

I have cleared my overdues. How long will it take for my Loan A/c Number (LAN) to get unblocked?
  • Post clearance of all overdues, your LAN will be unblocked. However, this is subject to realization and updation of the same in your account. As per our internal process, LAN is unblocked only on 2nd and 18th of the month whichever comes first.
How do I make a withdrawal request on my Flexi Loan?
  • You can request for a withdrawal from your loan account subject to the available limit on the loan. The withdrawal will be processed via the customer portal – Experia.
