Can I swap/change securities during my loan tenure?

Yes, you can swap/change the securities during the tenure of the loan. Swapping would be allowed within the approved securities list of Bajaj Finance Limited (BFL).

How frequently is the value of my securities calculated?

Values of pledged shares are updated every 5 minutes and value of lien marked schemes are updated at the end of every day. The IVR (Interim Valuation Report) of the pledged securities is sent to your registered email address on a daily basis.

Which mutual funds of asset management companies (AMCs) can I pledge to get the Loan Against Securities?

You can pledge mutual funds of all AMCs registered with CAMS (Computer Age Management Services) and K-Fin Technology (Registrar) to get the Loan Against Securities (LAS) facility.

How do I release my securities online with Bajaj Finserv?

To release your securities online, visit the Bajaj Finserv Customer Portal and log in with your credentials. Go to the ‘My Relations’ section, select your loan account, and click on ‘Release Securities’. Follow the prompts, upload required documents if asked, and submit the request for processing.

Can I release my securities if I have outstanding dues?

No, you must clear all outstanding dues before initiating a securities release. Bajaj Finserv allows the release only after the loan is fully repaid and all pending charges are settled. Once the closure is confirmed, you can place a release request through the portal or customer service.

How can I track the status of my securities release?

To track your release request, log in to the Bajaj Finserv Customer Portal. Navigate to the ‘Requests’ or ‘Track Service Request’ section. Here, you can view the current status, any pending actions, and the estimated timeline for processing. Regular updates may also be sent via SMS or email.
