- Under ‘PAYMENTS', go to ‘BILLS AND RECHARGES’ and select ’MOBILE RECHARGE’, go to ‘MOBILE PREPAID’
- Choose ‘Jio’ as your service provider
- Enter your ‘MOBILE NUMBER’, select a preferred plan and ‘FETCH BILL’
- Select a payment method from the list of available payment options such as UPI, credit cards, debit cards, e-wallet, and net banking
- After choosing your preferred payment mode, enter the requested payment details
- Check the details you entered and click on 'PAY NOW’

Recharging twice with Jio won't affect your existing plan or data. The validity and data benefits from both recharges will be added together. For example, if you recharge a 28-day plan and then a 14-day plan, your service validity will be extended to 42 days, and you'll have the combined data of both plans.
You cannot stay without a recharge indefinitely on Jio. Your service will be suspended after your current plan's validity expires. To resume using Jio services, you'll need to recharge your number.
Recharging Jio before the expiry date adds the new plan's validity to the remaining validity of your existing plan. You'll also have the combined data benefit of both plans. Let's say your current plan has 5 days of validity remaining, and you recharge a new 28-day plan. Your total validity will become 33 days, and you will have the data benefit from both plans.
To check the remaining days of your Jio recharge, you can use the MyJio app or visit the Jio website and log in to your account. The remaining validity information will be displayed on the dashboard.
