  1. Fill the 'Aadhaar Seeding Application' form with UAN and Aadhaar details.
  2. Attach self-attested copies of UAN, PAN, and Aadhaar.
  3. Submit the documents at EPFO field offices or Common Services Centers (CSC).

  8. You will again receive an OTP on your mobile number and email.

  1. Visit the EPFO website.
  2. Go to 'EPFO Members' section and select ‘Link UAN Aadhaar’.
  3. Enter your UAN and you will receive an OTP on your mobile number. Enter the OTP and click ‘Submit’.

  5. Biometrics are collected using a connected biometrics device.
