How to sign-in to Bajaj Finance My Account as an NRI customer (Step-by-step)

If you’re an NRI customer, here’s how you can go about it:

  • Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page to visit our customer portal
  • Select the ‘NRI’ tab from the list of options
  • Enter your registered mobile number or email ID and click on ‘Get OTP’
  • Submit the OTP received on your registered mobile number or email
  • Verify your details by entering your date of birth and proceed

How to sign-in without an Indian Mobile Number (Email ID Login for NRIs)

Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) who do not have an Indian mobile number may still be able to access online services using their registered email ID, subject to the platform's login options and verification requirements.

Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the website or open the mobile app.
  2. Select the Sign in with Email ID option, if available.
  3. Enter your registered email address.
  4. Complete the verification process using the OTP or authentication method sent to your email.
  5. Create or enter your password to access your account.
