In case you need funds, you can use your SDP as collateral and apply for a loan against it. You can apply for a loan against your SDP by visiting our service portal. However, you can apply for a loan against SDP, once your deposit completes the three months lock-in period.

A step-by-step guide to applying for a loan against SDP
- Go to our service portal by clicking on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page.
- Sign-in with your registered mobile number and date of birth and submit the OTP.
- Go to 'Service.'
- Click on 'Relations.'
- Select deposits and click on 'Loan against SDP.'
- Enter the details and review bank account details.
- Verify details with the OTP.
Alternatively, you can also click on the ‘Apply for a loan against SDP’ option below. You will be asked to sign-in. Once signed-in, select your SDP from ‘Relations’, click on ‘Loan Against SDP’ and proceed. -

If you notice any discrepancies on your systematic deposit plan statement of account, please raise a request with us.
Your systematic deposit maturity amount gets transferred to the bank account linked with your systematic deposit plan (SDP) on the maturity date. This transfer takes place only through National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) or Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) modes.
However, in case of a payment failure, you will receive a communication on your registered mobile number and email id, requesting you to change your bank account details.
The maturity amount gets transferred to the bank account linked with your systematic deposit plan on the maturity date. This transfer takes place only through National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) or Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) modes. However, if the payment with respect to your payout bounces, you shall be informed through a phone call or email and requested to change your bank account details.
Yes, you can change nominee details after getting consent from all the joint account holders.
Important: You cannot initiate any changes without the consent of all joint account holders.
