- Select the option for ‘Beneficiary Name’ and login using the registered mobile number, OTP received on it, and captcha.
- Fill in the asked information about the state, district and other applicable areas. Click on ‘Submit’
- All details about the related Ayushman card applicant will appear on the screen, with details about the Ayushman card status.

Step 1: Visit the official portal to check the application status (beneficiary.nha.gov.in).
Step 2: On the homepage, select the option to login in as ‘Beneficiary.’
Step 3: Then enter your mobile number, click on ‘Verify’. An OTP will be sent on the same number. Enter the OTP and captcha. Click on ‘Login.’
Step 4: In the next screen, choose your state, district, the scheme for which you want to check the status, and the identification mode by which you want to proceed further. This identification options include Family Id, Aadhaar number, name, location (rural/urban), and PMJAY Id.
Step 5: The next screen will show status of the applicant’s Ayushman card.
