With this raise a request facility, you’ll be able to get online assistance to solve your query.

You can use our digital channels – My Account – customer portal on the web or the app and raise your queries online.
If you’re using our customer portal, you can follow these easy steps to raise your queries online.

  • Click on the ‘Raise a Request’ button on this page to go to My Account – Bajaj Finance customer portal.
  • Enter your registered mobile number and submit the OTP to sign-in.
  • Verify your details with your date of birth and proceed.
  • Select the product for which you would like to raise a request.
  • In case you want to raise any query related to your existing relationships with us, select your product.
  • Choose the ‘Query type’ and ‘Sub-query type’ relevant to your issue.
  • Upload a supporting document, if needed, and submit the request.

In case you are on our app, you can follow these simple steps to raise a service request with us.

  • Click on the ‘Raise a Request’ button on this page to open our ‘Help and Support’ section on the app.
  • Choose the product for which you would like to raise a service request.
  • If you want to raise any query related to your existing relationships with us, select your product.
  • Select the ‘Query type’ and ‘Sub-query type’ relevant to your issue.
  • Upload a supporting document, if needed, and submit the request.

Once you submit your query, our customer care representative will call you within 48 business hours to guide you on further steps. We have a dedicated customer service team who ensures that your query gets resolved within the committed timeline.

Once your query is submitted, you can track its status online and check if there’s any update on that. You can track the status of your request easily using either of the digital channels – the customer portal or our app.
