What is My Account, and why it matters if your loan is overdue
My Account is an online self-service portal linked to your registered mobile number, allowing you to access and manage eligible loan-related information without calling customer support or visiting a branch for routine requirements. If your loan account is overdue or you have received a legal notice, the portal can help you review the latest information available for your account, including outstanding dues, repayment details and relevant documents. Checking your account directly gives you a clearer view of the amount currently shown against your loan instead of relying only on figures mentioned in an earlier notice, reminder or communication. Since the outstanding amount may change when applicable charges are added, reviewing the latest account details can help you understand your current position before deciding on the next step.
The 5 self-service features you can use
Each of these features is available directly through the portal or app, using your registered mobile number and OTP for login.
| Feature | What It Does | Most Useful For |
| Overdue amount and account status | Shows the current outstanding amount and days past due | Confirming the exact figure before paying or disputing it |
| Online payment | Lets you pay your EMI or overdue amount using UPI, net banking, or debit card | Clearing dues quickly without visiting a branch |
| Statement and NOC download | Provides your loan statement, interest certificate, and No Objection Certificate once eligible | Keeping records or resolving a discrepancy |
| Mandate management | Lets you register, update, or check the status of your NACH mandate | Preventing EMI failures due to an outdated mandate |
| Raise a query | Lets you submit a query about your account, a charge, or a notice, with a tracked reference ID | Disputing an amount or responding to a legal notice |
These features work together. For example, checking your overdue amount first, then using online payment or raising a query, is more effective than using either feature on its own.
How to access these features in My Account
Accessing My Account takes a few steps and works the same way whether you're checking your status or taking action on an overdue amount.
Steps to log in and use My Account through the Bajaj Finance app or portal:
- Open the Bajaj Finance App or visit the My Account portal.
- Log in using your registered mobile number and complete OTP verification.
- Go to My Relations and select your loan account using the Loan Account Number (LAN).
- Navigate to the relevant action menu:
- Overdue Dues / Pay EMI: To check outstanding balances and make online payments via UPI, net banking, or debit card.
- Document Centre / Statements: To view and download your Statement of Account (SOA), NOC, or repayment schedule.
- Bank Details / Manage Mandate: To check or update your linked bank account details for auto-debits.
- Help & Support / Raise a Request: To submit a query or grievance regarding payments or notice reference numbers.
5. Complete the required action and save the transaction confirmation or service request reference ID for your records.
If you manage more than one loan account, each one is listed separately after login, so confirm you're viewing the correct account before taking any action.
What should you check regularly in My Account?
Regularly checking My Account helps you stay updated on your loan status, repayment activity and important account information. If an EMI is overdue, you can review the current amount payable and check for any applicable charges.
Consider checking:
| Account area | What you can check |
| Loan details | Relevant account information and repayment details |
| Payments | Due or overdue amounts and available payment options |
| Documents | Account statements and other eligible loan documents |
| Profile | Registered contact and personal details |
| Mandate | Bank account and repayment mandate information |
| Service requests | Submitted queries and available service options |
If an EMI remains unpaid, additional charges may apply as specified under the applicable loan terms. Continued non-payment can also affect your credit record. Reviewing your account and acting on outstanding dues can help you stay informed about the status of your loan.
