Your PAN details are crucial in helping us establish your eligibility for the product you are interested in. This also helps us in curating a host of pre-approved offers for you. If there is any error in your PAN details or if there is any change, you can update it in our records by visiting our customer portal. Follow these simple steps to update your PAN details in our records.

  1. Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page to go to your account.
  2. Enter your registered mobile number and the OTP to sign-in.
  3. Verify your details using your date of birth and proceed.
  4. Click on the ‘Edit’ option below the PAN section and proceed to validate your details.
  5. Enter your new PAN details and upload a self-attested copy of the document.

Once you submit your new PAN details, a service request number is generated. You can track the status of your request with the help of this number. However, it takes 48 business hours for your new PAN details to get updated. Once your details are updated, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number. You can then check your updated details by visiting the profile section of our customer portal – My Account.
