Washing machines older than one year

At the time of purchasing the Washing Machine Extended Warranty+ plan, your washing machine should not be older than one year.

Pre-existing defects

If there are pre-existing defects in the washing machine at the time of buying the plan, then damages due to that are not covered. Also, loss or damage due to restoration process is not covered.

Loss/damage due to wear and tear

Loss or damage due to or consequent upon wear and tear and/or gradual deterioration of the appliance, maintenance process, misuse, and wilful conduct.

Electrical or mechanical failure

Mechanical or electrical breakdown caused by overloading, strain, over-running, freezing, excessive pressure, or short-circuit.

Consequential loss or legal liabilities

Superficial and inconsequential aspects such as noises, vibrations, warpage, oil seepage and sensations that do not lead to dismal performance of the washing machine.

You can follow the steps given below to buy the Washing Machine Extended Warranty + plan:

• Step 1:Click on ‘Buy Now’ and fill in your name and mobile number. Enter the OTP received on the mobile number.


• Step 2:Fill in your details: name, residential address, date of birth, email address, washing machine’s brand name, price of the device, date of invoice and item identity number in the application form.


• Step 3:Click on ‘Pay Now’ and make the payment using either of the following mediums: credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, or UPI.


• Step 4:Once the payment is successful, you can download the policy document.
