A step-by-step guide to downloading your statement of account
- Go to our service portal by clicking the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page.
- Sign-in with your registered mobile number, date of birth, and OTP.
- Click on 'Service'
- Click on 'Relations'
- Select your Health EMI Network Card
- Click on 'View Statements'
- Click on the download icon toe download the statement
You can also click on the ‘Download your statement of account’ option below to visit the service portal. You will be asked to sign-in, select your card, and proceed to view and download your account statement.

Usually, we don’t charge any interest rate on the transactions you made using Bajaj Finserv Health EMI Network Card. However, sometimes, depending on the schemes and tenure offers available at partner hospitals, interest may be charged at the time of the transaction.
As an existing customer, you do not have to provide any additional documents when applying for the Bajaj Finserv Health EMI Network Card.

- All your family members can use the same Health EMI Network Card for all their healthcare expenses. There is no need to have multiple cards.
- Pay for all your medical and healthcare expenses in monthly instalments and pay them back in up to 24 months.
- Higher loan limits than other EMI Cards, which can be used to meet medical expenses and emergencies that may or may not be part of your regular medical insurance plan.
- You can get your card activated within a short time.
- When you apply for a Bajaj Finserv Health EMI Network Card, you can choose from two variants - Platinum and Gold. If you opt for a Platinum variant, you have to pay a fee of Rs. 999 and get wellness benefits such as free teleconsultation with specialists, preventive health check-ups and lab and OPD benefits. However, if you have selected the Gold variant, you have to pay a fee of Rs. 707 and get benefits like free teleconsultation with specialists and preventive health check-ups.
At present, we do not have such a facility. However, all your family members can use the same card for their healthcare expenses.
