Download your Health EMI Network Card statement
Your statement of account is a detailed summary of all the transactions you made using your Health EMI Network Card. You can download your statement of account and other related documents by visiting our customer portal.

A step-by-step guide to downloading your statement of account
- Go to our service portal by clicking the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page.
- Sign-in with your registered mobile number, date of birth, and OTP.
- Click on 'Service'
- Click on 'Relations'
- Select your Health EMI Network Card
- Click on 'View Statements'
- Click on the download icon toe download the statement
You can also click on the ‘Download your statement of account’ option below to visit the service portal. You will be asked to sign-in, select your card, and proceed to view and download your account statement.

You can download your statement of account easily by visiting our customer portal – My Account. Once you are signed-in, you can select your loan account and find all your documents in one place.

Frequently asked questions
In most cases, we do not charge any interest rate on the loans availed through the Health EMI Network Card. However, in some cases depending on the schemes and tenure offers available at partner hospitals, interest may be charged at the time of the transactions.
As an existing customer, you do not have to provide any additional documents when applying for the Bajaj Finserv Health EMI Network Card.
To view and access essential details of your Health EMI Network Card, such as card number, status, available loan offer amount, total loan offer amount, and validity date, please follow these steps:
- Go to Service, Your relations and scroll to the 'Cards' section.
- Select the Health EMI Network Card for which you wish to view the details.
- Click on View card details and you will be able to view all your card details
You cannot transfer this card. However, you can use it for any of your family members. Hence, you do not need to carry multiple cards.
