Your statement of account is a detailed summary of all the transactions you made using your Health EMI Network Card. You can download your statement of account and other related documents by visiting our customer portal – My Account.

A step-by-step guide to downloading your statement of account
- Go to our customer portal by clicking the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page.
- Sign-in with your registered mobile number, date of birth, and OTP.
- Select the loan account for which you want to download the account statement.
- Click on the ‘Statement of Account’ to download it.
You can also click on the ‘Download your statement of account’ option below to visit My Account. You will be asked to sign-in, select your card, and proceed to view and download your account statement. -
You can download your statement of account easily by visiting our customer portal – My Account. Once you are signed-in, you can select your loan account and find all your documents in one place.

Frequently asked questions
Usually, we don’t charge any interest rate on the transactions you made using Bajaj Finserv Health EMI Network Card. However, sometimes, depending on the schemes and tenure offers available at partner hospitals, interest may be charged at the time of the transaction.
The minimum transaction amount applicable on your Health EMI Network Card is Rs. 7,000. Also, if you want to convert your medical bills into EMIs, the minimum monthly instalment should be Rs. 1,500.
For example – if your transaction amount is Rs. 7,000. In this case, your monthly instalments would be Rs. 1,750 for a tenure of 4 months. In this case, your EMI amount is higher than the minimum monthly instalment of Rs. 1,500. However, you aren’t required to pay any amount as a down payment.
