  11. Upload supporting documents by clicking ‘Choose File’ and ‘Attach.’
  12. After entering details and uploading documents, click ‘Add.’
  13. The registered grievance will appear under ‘Grievance Details.’
  14. Click ‘Submit’ to lodge the grievance with the EPFO.
  15. You will receive a registration number via email and SMS upon submission.

  3. Enter your registration number and grievance password.

  1. Go to the official EPF i-Grievance Management System website and select the ‘Send Reminder’ tab.
  2. Enter the registration number, mobile number/email ID. If the complaint was registered on previous version of the EPFiGMS website, use the ‘Grievance Password’ instead of the mobile number/email ID. Enter the reminder description and security code, then click ‘Submit.’
  3. A reminder will be sent to the respective department, asking them to address the pending grievance and take further action.
