Steps to register EPF grievance online

1. Visit the official website of EPFO i-Grievance Management System.
2. Click on the ‘Register Grievance’ tab.

4. Enter identification details such as UAN, PPO (Pension Payment Order) Number, or Establishment Number.
5. Provide the security code and click ‘Get Details.’
6. Verify the details displayed and click ‘Get OTP.’

8. Scroll down and input personal details like gender, communication address, pin code, state and security code.
9. Under ‘Grievance Details,’ click on the PF account number for PF-related grievances or select ‘Other’ for different concerns.
10. Fill in grievance details, select related options, and provide a description.
11. Upload supporting documents by clicking ‘Choose File’ and ‘Attach.’
12. After entering details and uploading documents, click ‘Add.’
13. The registered grievance will appear under ‘Grievance Details.’
14. Click ‘Submit’ to lodge the grievance with the EPFO.
15. You will receive a registration number via email and SMS upon submission.

2. On the main Click on the View Status tab
3. Enter your registration number and grievance password.
4. Enter your security code.
