You use this mobile number to sign-in to our customer portal and manage your ongoing FD, loans and more easily without any branch visit.
However, if your mobile number changes, it’s important to update it in our records so that you continue to enjoy our online customer service options.
If you’ve changed your mobile number but still have access to your old registered number, you can follow these steps to update your details.
- Click on the ‘Sign-in’ button on this page to visit our customer portal – My Account
- Enter your old registered mobile number and the OTP to sign-in
- Verify your details with your date of birth to proceed
- Click on the ‘Edit’ option below your mobile number and proceed to update
- Use one of the verification methods – date of birth, bank account, or EMI Network Card
- Enter your new mobile number and proceed
- Submit the OTP that you receive on your old mobile number registered with us
Once it’s updated in our record, you’ll receive a confirmation message on your old registered mobile number within 48 business hours.
You can then use your new mobile number for signing-in to My Account and use our online services.
You can also download our app from App Store/ Play Store and update your mobile number with ease.
However, if you don’t have access to your old registered number, then you can visit our nearest branch. Our branch representative will guide you and help you update the mobile number in our records.
For any other assistance, you can also visit our customer portal – My Account anytime and manage your profile details such as PAN, date of birth, residential address and more.
