A fixed deposit is considered a safe investment option as it provides you with secured returns. However, it’s important to manage your fixed deposit to maximise your returns and report if there are any discrepancies.

One of the most important tools that help you keep track of your ongoing fixed deposit is the statement of account. Your FD statement of account consists of details such as your deposited amount, maturity amount, interest rate and more. It also includes the details of the accrued interest amount.

If you’ve invested in Bajaj Finance Fixed Deposit, you can access all your FD-related documents in one place – Document Centre. You can access this section by visiting the customer portal- My Account on our website or using our app. In case you’ve spotted any error in the statement of account, you can use our customer care services to flag it.

With our ‘Raise a Request’ facility, you can raise a service request and get assistance from our representative who will help you to resolve your concern.
