We offer the unique Flexi Term Loan facility on doctor loan. You can withdraw from your assigned loan amount or pay a part of your loan whenever you wish to.
You have to pay interest only on the amount that you withdraw. There is no part-prepayment charge applicable in this variant.
The Flexi Hybrid Loan is another variant of our doctor loan.
In this variant, your loan tenure gets divided into two parts – the initial tenure and the subsequent tenure.
During the initial tenure, your EMIs consist only of the applicable interest, which makes this loan type very easier to repay.
During the subsequent tenure, your EMIs consist of both, the principal and the interest components.
You can apply for a doctor loan of up to Rs. 80 lakh.
