Turner Industries Limited, was initially incorporated as Laser Diamonds Limited on January 6, 1995. The Company name was thereafter changed to 'Chandragupta Industries Limited' on April 30, 2008 and then to 'Turner Industries Limited' on February 8, 2018. Earlier, the Company operated as a single solution in heavy industrial construction, maintenance, turnaround, pipe and module fabrication, equipment, rigging and specialized transportation, and associated specialty services. The Principal activities of the Company is to engage in Trading of Diamonds. Since then, there were no manufacturing activities carried out during the financial year 2012-13. For over 60 years, Turner Industries has provided turnkey industrial services and solutions to the companies that produce fuel, energy, and the materials essential to modern life. Apart from these, Company is a fully diversified industrial contractor engaged into maintenance and construction of oil refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, and pulp and paper mills. Other specialized services provided by Company include pipe fabrication and bending, equipment rental and rigging, hazardous waste clean-up, and demolition. It help move forward by providing responsive, innovative solutions designed to increase plant production, reduce costs, reduce downtime, and even prevent shutdowns. Turner Industries' growth continued, while it had established a presence in New Orleans in 1970, setting the stage for future expansion across the Gulf South during the 1980s and the mid 2000s. Throughout these years, the company's services grew, adding soft craft services, pipe fabrication and bending, industrial specialty services, environmental remediation services, as well as additional rigging, hauling, and heavy equipment. The Company's Construction Division is leading the transformation of 21st-century heavy industrial construction.
