In order to avail doctor consultation benefit on app/web, go to your health plans, click on utilise, click on ‘Doctor Consultation’, select the doctor of your choice from the list of doctors available on Bajaj Finance Health App. You may also book an appointment by emailing us at customercare@bajajfinservhealth.in.

How can I apply for the plan offline?

Customers can visit the nearest Bajaj Finance branch or get in touch with an agent to buy a health plan. The nearest branch's location can be checked on the company's official website. However, if you are looking for health plans online, you can choose from health insurance policies available at the Bajaj Finance Insurance Mall.
