The service which is available 24X7 lets you block all your debit and credit cards with just one call, eliminating the need for you to visit each bank individually to get your cards blocked.
Get the facility of emergency advance cash that will help you pay your hotel bills and arrange travel tickets (up to Rs. 80,000 each) within 48 hours internationally and 24 hours in India. A cash advance of Rs. 5000 can be availed in India.
Note: Any emergency advance is payable back within 28 days, without any interest to CPP.
With this plan the member can get the facility to avail F-Secure Internet Security, a powerful anti-virus that protects laptop/PC against malware, hackers and enables secured net banking through its banking protection feature. It also comes with an additional parental control feature that creates a safe surfing environment for children.
The member will be enrolled into a complimentary add-on benefit of fraud protection within seven days from membership start date which ensures protection of your cards (up to 30 days before loss report) against frauds such as PIN-based, online, phishing, tele-phishing and transactions where OTP is not required (if the card is lost/stolen) for up to Rs. 2 lakh The member’s mobile wallets are also protected against frauds for up to Rs. 1 lakh. (Only If there is a simultaneous physical loss of the device)

• Once a call is made to report damage, fraud, or loss, all your cards will be blocked at once.
• Along with carrying out your credit and ATM card block, a member can ask for the replacement of their lost PAN card too.
• The member will get a claim form which has to be filled up and returned with the below documents:
i. Subrogation bond
