How to apply for Bajaj Pay Wallet

We request you to upgrade your Bajaj Finserv app to the latest version available on the Google Play Store or App Store.

Follow the steps below to upgrade to Full KYC Wallet:

  1. Login to the Bajaj Finserv app
  2. Tap on 'WALLET'
  3. Click on 'SETUP WALLET'
  4. Self-declare the details to create a Min KYC Wallet
  5. Tap on 'GO TO BAJAJ PAY WALLET'
  6. Tap on the banner
  7. Fill in the self-declaration form and upload your selfie for verification
  8. Complete your KYC using DigiLocker
  9. Select KYC documents i.e., Aadhaar card or Driving license
  10. Tap 'CONFIRM' on your KYC verification page

Once the above-mentioned steps are completed, you will be allotted a Full KYC Wallet upon successful completion of the verification process.

  • Steps to add money to the Bajaj Pay Wallet

    1. Download and install the Bajaj Finserv app
    2. Log in with your customer ID or mobile number
    3. Go to the ‘ADD MONEY’ option on the home page
    4. You can choose to add money using a credit/ debit card, net banking, or UPI ID
    5. Enter the amount
    6. Proceed to payment, select your chosen mode of payment
    7. Enter the OTP

    You will receive a notification that you have successfully added money to your wallet.

    What are the limits applicable to the Bajaj Pay Wallet

    Here are the limits applicable to your Bajaj Pay Wallet:

    Full KYC Wallet:

    1. Add money limit –Monthly limit: Rs. 2,00,000
    2. Bank transfer limit (conv. fee of 1%) - Monthly limit: Rs. 1,00,000
    3. Transfer to Bajaj Pay Wallet limit - Monthly limit: Rs. 10,000
    4. Payment limit (bills and recharges, online merchants, POS device, or using Wallet UPI ID) - Monthly limit: Rs. 1,03,000


    Min KYC Wallet:

    1. Add money limit - Monthly limit: Rs. 10,000
    2. Payment limit (bills and recharges, online merchants, and Point of Sale (POS) device) - Monthly limit: Rs. 10,000

How do I complete my Full KYC for Bajaj Finserv Wallet?

Here is how you can complete your Full KYC:

  1. Visit the Bajaj Finserv website
  2. Click on 'WALLET'
  3. Click on 'SETUP WALLET'
  4. Proceed to fill/confirm the self-declaration details to create a Min KYC wallet\
  5. Click on 'GO TO BAJAJ PAY WALLET'
  6. Click on 'SEND TO BANK' or 'PAY' or 'UPGRADE WALLET KYC' banner
  7. Fill in the self-declaration form along with your selfie
  8. Complete your KYC using DigiLocker
  9. Select KYC documents i.e., Aadhaar Card or Driving License
  10. Tap 'CONFIRM' on your KYC verification page

Once you are done with the KYC verification, you will be allotted a Full KYC Wallet upon successful completion of the verification process.

How do I know if my KYC is complete?

Upon successful upgrade of wallet to Full KYC, you will be notified via SMS on your registered mobile number and notification.
To check your KYC status on the Bajaj Finserv website:

  1. Log in to the website
  2. Click on the ‘WALLET’ icon on the home screen
  3. Look for the settings icon on the right side and tap on it
  4. If your KYC has been completed, you will see the status as ‘COMPLETED’
How long does it take for the KYC process to complete after I have provided my documents?

It takes up to 5 business days to complete the KYC process after you have provided the necessary documents.

Is KYC mandatory for all users?

Completing KYC is optional, but we recommend you complete your KYC to enjoy the exciting benefits of Bajaj Pay Wallet.
